So, I personally have not used these. I purchased for my daughter who is a new mom, and my other daughter purchased a TSETE so I initially purchased the TSETE pump, but somethings I noticed about both of them having babies about 5 months apart using the TSETE pump. made me buy this MomMed for the daughter with the new baby. The daughter with the oldest baby has a total of 3 kids all breast feed to some degree and she used a variety of pumps, but never the same pump. She used the TSETE and always complained about her supply. I didn't think anything of it I figured I would buy the same pump for the other daughter, but very early on and it's still early her baby is about 6 weeks, but she figured pretty early the TSETE was not going to work. I went on Tiktok and of course there were a ton of different opinions and the most consistent opinion that I got was the spectra of course, but for a wearable pump there was one video that included the MomMed that struck me maybe because she had tried 10 different pumps and seemed to have a good sense of a variety of pumps. We returned the TSETE and I purchased the MomMed my daughter immediately noticed the difference in the pumps and 6 weeks in has already said if this one dies she will buy this exact same one because she loves it. I think one of the big differences are the flange sizes that are included with this pump I think it was the 17, 19, 21, 24 which gives several options and includes the nipple measurement tool. Whatever you do MEASURE because this will improve your pumping journey. Alot of people give up, but it could just be you are using the wrong flange this pump gives you more options and your flange size is most likely going to be 1 of the 4 included ones. It tells you how long you have been pumping and she says it empties the breast well. The TSETE flanges only had 24, which is probably too big for many women and will make your pumping journey a nightmare. ... show more

After a few weeks of getting very little output with my Elvie Stride wearables, I gave up and got this to replace that pump for my overnight. I was amazed! I get as much as if not more than I do with my Spectra. Replacement parts are easy to find and inexpensive, so I've already stocked up on extra parts. I also like that these cups have a solid base so they stand up, unlike the round elvie stride cups. My only complaint is that they're kind of top heavy when the motor is attached, especially if the cup isn't really full. I had one unfortunate incident where I leaned just enough for it to topple out of my top and spill through the open hole so quickly. Tragic, but lesson learned! ... show more

This is a great pump and does a wonderful job expressing my milk. I'm a second time mom and an over-producer. My first time around I gave birth to twins and used the Spectra pump and was able to breastfeed until I chose to stop just after 1 year. This time around I had a singleton and my boobs still produce a ton of milk, but I've returned to work earlier (first time I went back for half days at 3 months until over 1 year, this time I'm back full time at 3 months) and I wanted to find something that didn't necessarily require me to leave my desk 3 times a day. Pros: Great suction - I get just as much (sometimes more!) milk with this pump as I do with my lansinoh pump. 3-5 ounces per breast each time. Relatively quiet! I mean you can definitely hear it, but I can turn on my little desk space heater to drown it out in my otherwise silent shared office. Fits inside my nursing bras. Mostly easy to clean - kind of hard to get in a couple of the little corners but not a huge deal to me, I do use a 21mm flange insert so I have 5 parts from each pump to clean Cons: Charging - while they charge up pretty quickly, there is no way to tell what the current charge is while the pump is on, only when charging. It would be nice to have a display to show remaining battery bc several times it's happened that one will just die in the middle of a pump session - very frustrating. Also the motors look exactly the same so you dont know which one you just charged! I ended up using a sharpie to write 'A' on one and 'B' on the other so I could kind of keep track of which one needed charging. Please make the battery status display a thing!! Memory function - it's nice that the pump remembers the suction level you use on each setting, but I wish it didn't start up on whichever mode it ended on. Sometimes I forget to switch from "expression" to "stimulation" at the end of a session so the next time I power it on it will start up on a strong expression mode which is a shock and uncomfortable. The way around it is to always switch back to stimulate mode before turning off, but would be much more user friendly to just make that the automatic starting point each time you power it on. Somewhat tricky to position - just the design of the pump makes it so you can't see your nipples inside the flange so you can't tell if they're positioned properly (for instance to make sure they won't rub the sides or aren't being sucked too far into the flange), not sure if there's a fix for it, just a tricky thing to get right. Looks a little silly - I am small chested (A cup) and wearing this makes me look a little ridiculous, as if I have DDs lol while it doesn't look COMPLETELY unnatural, anyone that knows me knows my boobs are that big lmao All in all, this is a great pump and has become my main pump. I actually get upset if I forget it and have to use my hospital grade pump. It does just as good a job as my lansinoh and is so worth the money, just could use a few tweaks for user friendliness! I’m a super busty girl, and I’ve been on the hunt for a good hands-free pump! But not just any, it needed to be budget friendly! I have tried three other pumps before I came across this one. And this is hands-down, the best hands-free pump that I have found in comparison to the three that I already have! It’s better than my Elvie and comparable to my spectra gold! The suction options and levels are great. The comfort is perfect! It’s super quiet! And it fits in my bra. And I’m a K cup… If you have any questions whether to buy this, just buy it! I’ve been through 4 wearable pumps, this one by far has been the most effective in getting 3-6 oz (each side) and I’m a normal supplier I typically pump every 2.5-3 hours and get 3-4oz total each pump (sometimes 5-6) this works great while driving, doing house chores, and even on the treadmill! Doesn’t leak, has three different settings, I’ve been playing around with it for the last week and a half the different modes and each one seems to get a good enough expression of milk each time. Fully charged I can get about 4 sessions in per day. So far so good!! Will come back to update in about a month since most of my wearable pumps either stopped working or lost its suction after roughly a few weeks of use. Highly recommend!! ... show more
