These bags really are self-standing which makes it far easier to fill these than some other brands. I don't have any issues getting these to 6 ounces before squeezing the air out and sealing them. They don't freeze quite as flat since the bottom flairs out a bit, but it isn't a huge deal for us. I haven't had any leak yet so hopefully all 60 will be leak-free! ... show more

Lots to like about these full-featured breast milk freezer bags. Pre-sterilized with a double zipper closure. Color-changing temp indicator and a good writing area. Bags are self-standing with a convenient pouring spout. Highly recommended.

    • Convenient and Efficient
Breastfeeding mothers know how important it is to store their breast milk properly. Fortunately, the MomMed 60-count temperature-indicating breastmilk storage bags offer a convenient and efficient way to do just that. One of my favorite features of these bags is the temperature-indicating strip. It provides clear visual cues about whether the stored milk is at a safe temperature, eliminating any guesswork. Moreover, the space-saving upright design allows me to stack multiple bags without worrying about leakage or spillage. With pre-sterilized bags, I don't need to worry about cleaning them before use, which saves time and effort. And the generous 6 oz capacity means I can express larger quantities of milk without needing extra bags. However, no product is perfect, and these bags have some drawbacks. Firstly, they tend to curl upwards during filling, making it challenging to pour expressed milk directly into the bag. Secondly, the zip closure can sometimes open unexpectedly, leading to potential leaks. Despite these issues, I would still recommend the MomMed temperature-indicating breastmilk storage bags to nursing mothers. I'm reviewing: MomMed 60-Count Temperature-Indicating Breastmilk Storage Bags – Upright, Space-Saving Design, 6 Oz Pre-Sterilized Bags for Nursing - I got these for my sister in law. She likes how they have a double zipper on the bag to prevent spilling. She has twins so she doesn't want to waste a single drop of milk lol. - She likes the really easy to read temperature - actually, she doesn't even have to read, she just looks at the color indicator to determine if the milk is cold, ready to drink or hot. - She has also used them to freeze her milk and they worked as expected. ... show more

    • This bag has all the bells & whistles!
The makers of MomMed's breastmilk storage bags really thought this product through. Each empty bag is sealed, so you know it's clean before use. The large label at the top can be filled out with the date and other info. or simply cut off. Bags can be frozen upright or horizontal with no leakage, and the pour spout prevents waste and mess. The color indicator is a nice idea to give a general idea of temperature, but always check the milk temp. for yourself before feeding. The price of all this convenience is a little expensive at $15.99 for 60 bags ($0.27 per bag), but a 220 count package is available at $35.99 ($0.16 per bag) which is a friendlier price. ... show more

    • Thick, durable with added temp reading. What an upgrade from the thin Lasinoh ones.
Love these so far. I was using the Lasinoh ones but those can rip/tear since the plastic is so thin. These do have thicker material (silicone) so they feel strudier and less likely to tear and loose my precious milk. I like the temp sensor on it as well to know when milk it perfect for baby. They also have a side pouring spout so its easy to fill bottles and doesnt contaminate with where you poured it in. My only complaint is that I dont think they freeze as flat as other brands. ... show more
