    • Crank handle connection
These jacks work great for lifting mowers. Now with that said I've been contacting the manufacturer for months about a defect on the jack. Where the crank handle attaches ( you can also take off the crank and use a 3/8s driver with your drill to lift) the part you attach the crank and driver to is off center and wobbles when using. Now they're ignoring me, I can still use it but the drill wobbles and have to hang on to it tightly. So I figured I would give them some publicity because of their inaction. 8-17-2023 This is a later addition to the review. I contacted the mojack company again and found the person I was dealing with was no longer employed there. This person I was dealing with now helped me immediately,and sent the parts I needed to fix the jack. I now give them 5 stars for quality and customer service. If you have a John Deere X330 with a 42" mower deck then this is for you. The MoJack MT750XT will not damage your 42" mower deck. It's also heavy and as you can see it is mounted securely in my garage.

    • Crucial safety pin came defective.
My product came with a defect. As the lift gets raised, there are some holes in the main support shaft designed to accept a safety pin to hold the weight. On my unit, this pin came seized in the open position, meaning that I am unable to insert the safety pin into the designated holes. Aside from this very unfortunate defect, the rest of the unit seems solid and well built. ... show more

Went to get her really easy, however the instructions for breaksown/storage of unit after using could be improved. It saves a ton of time in changing blades, and getting to hard to reach grease fittings.
