I have to say there are some pros and cons but the price of the scooter makes up for any short comings. Pros: Easy to use- This scooter is an easy to understand and get used to. Even for the non tech savvy elder who are new to mobility aids. Portable- This scooter is a featherweight, making it easy to take with you on the go. Plus, it folds up so you can take it with you in the car or store. Price- This scooter is a great price. It's more budget friendly than most other mobility scooters without sacrificing quality. Cons: Questionable range- This scooters range is unknown to me and may not be as it says. But for the cost of this unit it’s still well worth it. Very easy to put together. Mturned on initially . Only issue is my battery seems to only get 3 green lights for a “full charge” after charging for 40 hrs. I’m afraid to take it too far but works to get to the store up the street well. It I hope I didn’t get a dud battery or something wrong with thegreen charging lights on dash? The battery no longer works as it will not charge at all. The seller is of no help and will not cover the battery. I will be contacting Amazon as this is my largest ever purchase and seller does not reply. I’ll contact my credit card if Amazon can’t help. Unit is in new condition. Would return for working unit or refund. ThisI wish I just paid more for a product. 30 dayds on th battery is a jo.battery faulty but no help from anyone on getting a refund or replacement.     • Problem Getting Started & Factory Assembly Error

I got the machine assembled before I found the instruction manual; but that was my problem. Once assembled I could not get it to power up although I fully charged the battery. I stomped on the battery and it has worked perfectly ever since. Apparently the battery contacts needed a little encouragement to seat properly. It is a bit snug for my 6-foot frame (195 lbs.) and my size 12 sneakers but nothing a can't deal with. Overall it is an excellent buy and fulfills its intended purpose. The first time I broke down the scooter into its components, the steering column would only fold forward which made it impossible to get in my auto trunk. It has been incorrectly assembled at the factory. My son-in-law had to take 3 bolts out of the column and reverse the way the mechanism folded. The one bolt under the frame is is very hard to get to but he had the tools and small hands to do the job. ... show more

Two days after getting it, it stopped working... wires were lose... fixed it. Then it started shorting out ever few minutes... followed by today, the breaks stopped working, as I was going down a hill... then, everything shorted out, middle of the crosswalk, as the light changed. Buy this if you want to die, because the company that made it does NOT stand behind it... and you WILL die... when I contacted them, they gave me nothing but the ruin around. Dangerous product, and it WILL get Amazon sued in a wrongful death suit if they allow this seller to remain. The seller could fix the issues, but, they choose not to. ... show more

I bought this for my grandfather, and this is a great little scooter so far. Climbs up reasonable slops, drives on grass, run as fast as good walker, highly maneurable, can be loaded in back of SUV with one person. and it is also easy for storage, easy to setup and break down. We love it!
