This fireplace is beautiful and looks good in my room. However the firebox came looking like there were several holes where screws should be. When you turn it on, there is a loud noise that sounds like humming at one time and at other times sounds like two things were rubbing against each other. I initially sent them a video. They told me to open the firebox in front because they thought the fan needed oil. The noise was not coming from that area. I made two additional videos to show the missing screws and to show that the noise was coming from the bottom part in back of the firebox. I contacted them two more times and their response was that the engineer was preparing a video to show me how to fix it. With shipping and taxes I paid over $1150.00. I should not have to fix their faulty merchandise. That is why I purchased a new item. I’m no engineer and I shouldn’t be required to fix your broken product. I requested a refund because I’m ready to just purchase from another company. After some back and forth emails with the seller, they provided a partial refund which will be enough to purchase another firebox. That helps a lot ... show more

This fireplace is beautiful but When you turn it on, there is a loud noise that sounds like humming coming from the heating insert. I sent them a video, They agree to do a partial refund so I can have the heating insert repair or replace. Thank you :)
