I use it 3 times a week and it works great for a full body work out since I use weights with it. The bands are long so there’s not a lot of resistance. I don’t use them at all. And it was squeaky. Nothing WD-40 couldn’t fix. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I was hesitant to buy this stepper because it had so few reviews but the price was worth it...and I'm glad I took the risk. Everything works as it should. Comes already assembled (except for the knob that lets you adjust tension and height..you just screw that onto the back and you're ready to "step"!) The one small caveat was that the instructions (which aren't really needed anyway) were not in English. I contacted the seller through amazon and they sent me the English version immediately. The stepper is nice but the resistance bands are too big for the machine so I don’t use it. I thought it might have been a resistance with the knob but it doesn’t really make it any different from the height or the intensity

I do not use the resistance ropes - never intended to. Also, using a support (wall, door etc) to stay erect while using the stepper is a prudent idea. Using the stepper this way, I find it is worth the money.
