I bought mine in January and just recently started using it. I love mine and can tell a difference in my legs and glutes already. I've been doing 15 minutes 3 or 4 times a week. The resistance bands can be adjusted by tying a knot in the rope. So no problem there. Love it. Great buy.

I like this product. It is great to have when I don't want to go to the gym. But now it has started to squeak when I start to pedal. I have checked every screw and other places that may need to be tightened, nothing wrong on that part. I don't care to much for the bands, i don't use them that often. I am 307 pounds (which is under the advertised max load bearing weight of 330 pounds) and this thing broke in less than 10 minutes! A few minutes after I started to use it, the stepper started to squeak and was off balance. I used this on carpet as well. I feel like I was scammed out of almost $60.     • No resistance in bands
The stepper is cool for cardio. However, the resistance bands have no resistance! Very flimsy and long. I don’t use them at all.

Just got the stepper yesterday and it's already broken. I only used it once. It's leaking some type of oil, the pedals won't move after u step on it. I rly would like a new one but I have no way of returning this one due to no money. Is there anything I could do to get a new one, hopefully with better quality bc I rly don't wanna be out of all the money I spent on this one.
