When opening the product, all of the threads were tangled and a mess. I had to cut a bunch of thread just to get one color to start. There are missing pieces as well. I read the instructions and watched YouTube tutorials on how to work and trouble shoot and could not get this machine to stitch a simple hem. I should’ve read the reviews prior to purchase.
