I purchased this for him because we have a little wooden section on our property and sometimes we loose small limbs that he will drag to the burn pit and most of them are to small for him to drag the big chainsaw out and he really likes this little battery operated chainsaw, he says it works real well for that smaller stuff and easy to handle, it cuts well and has enough power for these small jobs and as long as you let it do the cutting instead of putting pressure on it to cut its great. I think it was a real good value for what I paid for it because it makes life easier for him and seeing he is older now I am much happier seeing him use this than the big chainsaw ( when not needed), swinging an ax or using a hand saw. ... show more

I was impressed by how well this worked. Pretty easily cuts through smaller branches. Nothing sizable by any means but if you aren't dealing with larger trees or logs, it'll work just fine. It struggles a bit but if you're careful with not picking something that's too large, it'll be good

Easy to use just charge battery and ready to go! Easily cut thru branches up to 6 inches thick no problems at all! Comes with two batteries, extra chain and protective gloves. Quickly able to cut up this pecan wood that had all fallen during a storm.

I like to work outside. I am a 65 yr female who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. A friend of mine told me about this chainsaw and I absolutely love it. It is easy to use. It is very powerful and cuts thru trees like butter. It is amazing how strong it is. I would purchase again in a heartbeat.

I love this little thing. I initially bought it for trimming privet hedges, but it's so lightweight and runs so smoothly that I use it pretty much every time I need to chop through wood. I never feel like I'm fighting against it or have to lean in with my entire body weight just to get it to get a grip in the wood. Just turn it on, and it's immediately in there cutting like a pro. And while it will occasionally get stuck cutting through thicker heavier wood, it seems to do so far less often than my full-sized chainsaw. My only complaint is that the battery pack is prone to randomly ejecting itself (I think through vibration, and only when held at certain angles) so I be up an ladder cutting along nicely and the chainsaw will suddenly stop mid cut, then I'll look down and the battery pack will be halfway out. I'll slap it back into place, go back to cutting, and it'll do it again a few minutes later. ... show more

One of the best tools I have bought. Not for delicate or fine work but good to breakthrough in narrow areas. It does the job very well!! the product comes with extra-batteries, gloves, a bag!!! couldn't ask for more. Just buy it and keep it, you will need this tool whatever you do.
