I got the "Cordless Mini Chainsaw, 6-INCH Electric Power Chainsaw" for about $50 on Amazon that came with two batteries. It tended to overheat quickly and stall easily. It then stopped working. Fortunately, Amazon took it back and refunded the cost. This O-CONN one seems to have a better motor in it, and the battery lasts longer. I cut something larger for a while time before it cut off to cool down. I tried it again, and it still worked strongly as before. One battery seems line enough for this size of chainsaw. If anyone needs two batteries, they should buy a bigger chainsaw for a few hundred dollars or more. ... show more

Soooo I’ll just say,,, looked to be a great price! Came with two batteries, an extra chain, a case, a charging cable.. perfect price for what you get so we ordered it.. I procrastinated on some limbs but used it this past weekend.. Y’all- this little thing is just a godsend compared to a pruner! I went out front and it handled perfect on saplings and all those low sitting branches! I found myself cutting everything I needed to (having fun with it lol) and THEN,,, well then I realized I had to haul all of it to the back tree line lol. I genuinely had “fun” using it. I only used one battery too.. I will tell you to grab a pair of safety glasses though, in fact they should probably be included- your so close to the branches since it’s so short that you will have shavings all over you; but you won’t care because it’s awesome haha. Recommended to a neighbor and they love it too! I would actually snap a video but i didn’t feel right with my nose in my phone while operating a chainsaw 🙄😂 Seriously though, I highly recommend! No joke! It’s not often I come across something that I am this excited about! I will actually consider these as gifts come Christmas time! True statement! It is so easy to use. The battery life is really long. I already cut 2 small trees and the battery is still going. I am a woman and I used this with ease. Very stable and versatile. Saves you money from paying gardeners. I am glad I bought it and I would recommend it.

Works much better than expected. Excellent for cutting bush and small trees. Easy to clean and sharpen. Would like the battery to last a little longer, but otherwise a great tool.

Short effective battery life, but at least they give you two. Great price, but I wish it had a bar/chain oil reservoir. I just wipe it occasionally on the bar with a paper towel, and it does need it to keep from jamming. Doesn't throw the chain at all.

We had a storm come through that took a bunch of small trees down in my yard. They were everywhere. Many were leaning up against the house blocking windows and walk ways. My son was going to bring his chainsaw and clear everything but he was busy working on his yard. I saw this handheld chainsaw and judging by the reviews I took a chance. It’s great. I cleared my yard of every tree and limb with very little effort. None of the trees or limbs were over 4”. My son couldn’t believe I did it myself. I am 78 years old.
