Hurricane Milton blew several large limbs down in my front and back yard. All were less than 6 inches in diameter. most about 4". My gas powered chain saw was just to big and heavy for this job. This mini chainsaw was just what I needed. It made cleanup so much easier than after past storms. I would highly recommend this little tool for cutting firewood, trimming bushes and smaller limbs on your trees, etc. I found the battery life to be quite good. This is a great little chainsaw to do quick cutting jobs on smaller diameter wood. Unfortunately the deadman button is low quality. The original one I got, it stopped working, would not turn on, which was within the 30 day return window, so I received a replacement. Worked fine several months but now will not turn off. Not a big deal for me to oil the chain before each use and I wish I could have gotten more use out of it. The only way to turn it off now is to disconnect the battery. ... show more

Its a powerful little saw. It cuts great but the chain kept coming off. When aligned the chain it starts back cutting. I wish it had an indicator for the battery life. Each battery usage is about 30 minutes.

It’s good for small branches and pruning larger sizes that pruning shears won’t cut. Chain needs adjustment and lube regularly. Otherwise it’s really easy to use and I can’t believe that I didn’t buy it sooner. Worth the money for sure.
