  • The perfect solution to my problem!
Size: 35''x157'' Color: Flower Pure
I have a rod iron front door and two glass side panels. I also have two, two year old Chiweenie dogs. One of them is the front door sentry. She lays near the front door (just on the other side of the puppy fence) and lays wait for anyone to walk by on the sidewalk or looks for my neighbors across the street to enter or exit their house. That followed by nonstop barking until I fetch the trusty squirt gun and out of fear of being blasted with a squirt of water she will stop barking......until the next person walks by. My friend and I applied this window film. We covered the entire door and just the two bottom panels of the side windows. It is perfect!!! It immediately solved my problem No more barking!!! The side windows were easy installation was easy as they were small. The door was a bit more challenging. I did measure but cutting a precision straight line along the length was a bit difficult. No one else can tell but there is a slight waver here and there. My friend and I did watch a video before we attempted this. We followed instructions and wet the window and the film. I also purchased a window film spray and sprayed it thoroughly after it was up. It has been up now for about three months. It is just beautiful. The opaqueness is ideal. My pups cannot see out at all and it allows enough light to filter into the entry. A huge sigh of relief! I highly recommend this product! ... show more

  • Please read! My experience with this product and some tips
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Flower Pure
Okay, I have used this window film, and want to share my tips. First of all, if done right, it looks so good! It really does look like frosted glass!!! If you are trying to decide between window film vs. the frosted glass spray can, definitely go with the film. I wanted a permanent/semi-permanent solution. I thought the spray would be more permanent. WRONG!! It scratches off at the littlest bump. This film is much more permanent than the spray, and looks fantastic. Having said that, here are some thoughts. Someone else here recommended using a credit card to remove any air/water bubbles, and it does work very well. So unless you are doing a huge area, I would say that a CC would be perfect. Now, when you unroll the film to use, you will notice that it tends to curl slightly in the direction that it was rolled up. I found that unfortunately it can tend to curl at the ends when you are trying to get it to lay down on your window surface. This is unacceptable to me, so what I did was to RE-roll the film the opposite direction back onto the cardboard roll. Be careful and roll smoothly, again in the opposite direction from which it came, and let sit for a little while. I found that 30 to 60 minutes was fine. This will take some of the 'curl' out of the film, and it will tend to curl up at the ends less. One note: If you crease or bend too much the film, it will leave marks that might or might not come out when applied, so be careful of that. You WILL have bubbles after it dries. There is no way around that. Most of them are small and some can be either pushed to the edge and gotten rid of, or dispersed by using CC or thumbnail to where they are virtually invisible. If you can, apply the film to the BACKSIDE of whatever window you are doing. It looks better that way. In other words, whatever surface you will be looking at the majority of the time, put the film to the opposite side of that if at all possible. In addition to looking more like real etched glass that way, also any small bubbles will be invisible. I found that once placed on the glass, if enough water is used, the film slides around very easily. So, I ended up cutting the film to size, so I wouldn't have to worry about trimming the ends after installed. Don't be afraid to peel off and re-apply if it doesn't look good the first time. I had to do that once when I found a cat whisker between the film and the glass (I wonder where that came from!?). It is so easy to redo either while applying it or even after it has dried. I am so glad I found this product, and it is quite inexpensive for what you end up with after applying it. BTW, I did it by myself, so it can definitely be a one person job. Hope your project goes well, and that I have helped you in some way. ... show more

  • It’s a beautiful design and very privacy too.
Size: 35''x78.7'' Color: Flower Pure
I love this design, it looks very high end. I installed 3D wall panels in my living room and dining room area. The walls run into each other . However, after installing the 3D panels, I didn’t want to cut into my panels to install new window drapes or shutters; therefore, I rather put the privacy window film instead. I personally wanted to cover both window panes but my significant other stopped me saying he needs to be able to see outside the window. Therefore, standing on my back porch, no one could see inside my house now. In the living room, I only covered the two middle windows out of the four windows with the privacy screen because the end windows have a screen on them and you can’t see inside the window from the outside. However, one can see outside clearly from the inside side screen windows. So standing outside from the driveway, all the windows appeared to be blocked for privacy. One can see the pretty design from the outside too. I highly recommend this product and it looks just as pretty from the outside too. Very easy to install. ... show more

  • Pretty, easy to use and let’s the light in
Size: 17.5''x78.7'' Color: Flower Pure
Needed this for some privacy in my kitchen window. Being home from work all day like we are b/c of CoVid, I wasn’t in such a hurry to get dressed every day, and I noticed when I was at my kitchen window, I could see right into neighbors dining room/kitchen & they could see everything I was doing as well~~even while declining on my recliner, I was in their direct line of vision. I needed some privacy! Easy to use and does the job! It’s translucent enough so the light still comes thru the windows and looks pretty too. Better than having to hang blinds or a shade~~which I do have, but the shade blocks the light, so I chose the film. Very happy with it. One thing I might add; it would’ve been nice if there were different designs/themes like fruit🍇🍎 ☕️, or 🌻 ☦️ 🎶 🐶or 🌸🍭🌴🍷🏈 to match different decor 😊 ... show more
