I have foot/heel pain related to plantar fasciitis, and I typically use this on a level 5 setting to get the deepest massage possible. It hurts, don't get me wrong, but it's exactly what my feet need. My husband also loves this foot massager, though he rarely goes above level 2 because his feet don't need quite the same level of pressure. The kneading and compression are both excellent, and you're kind of able to customize how/where you want the kneading. My feet are about a size 8 (women's), and there's enough wiggle room in there that I can shift my feet around to change which areas get direct contact. My husband felt the heel area was too sharp, so I told him to just shift his foot a little bit and that sorted it. I, on the other hand, really need the deep heel kneading so it's perfect for me. The only con I have is I wish there were more heat settings. I would consider the heat setting on this massager to be quite low for what I was expecting, though I don't have another massager to compare it to. Oh, and I also wish it had a 30-minute run option rather than just 15-min. Other than those two minor preferences, it's a great massager and I'm glad we invested in it. I was skeptical of these foot massagers, seeing them on TikTok, I started investigating and found that the Miko foot massager had the best reviews on Amazon. So instead of falling into the TikTok trap of purchasing via social media store, I purchased through Amazon. It was well worth it. I love this machine. It goes from light massaging to extreme intense massaging. I like it in the middle settings. I use it two or three times per day, and somethimes restart it again after 15 minutes. Very enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend this brand and model. It comes with a remote to easily adjust without having to bend down while getting a massage. ... show more

We use our foot massagers daily, so they have to be robust. We tried other brands in the past but none compare to Miko’s reliability. The machine we bought several years ago, worked perfectly for 5 years and two replacement inserts! Customer service was so helpful in getting them replaced to. The inserts zip in an out for easy removal. The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried a couple of foot massagers before, and they were always either too weak to feel anything or had such extreme pressure that I had to stop using them. This one is completely different! With five adjustable pressure levels, I found level four to be perfect—just the right amount of intensity without being overwhelming. The heat is subtle at first but noticeable after a couple of minutes, which I really enjoy. I’ve been using this for a few days now, and my feet feel so much better. If you’re looking for a no frills solid foot massager look no further! Bought this for my Finacee and I and we both use it daily. Works great feels like it’s built well and always delivers. My feet feel great afterwards and fit well inside of it (size 12 men’s U.S.) highly recommend
