With the razor-sharp, photo-etched blades - made in the USA - food is cut effortlessly and precisely and not torn - just like the professional vegetable slicer of the Gourmet series. It can be used to slice potatoes, courgettes, carrots, beetroot, onions, cucumbers, radishes, mushrooms or apples wafer- thin. Thanks to the non-adjustable blade, the food can always be cut cleanly and evenly in 2 millimetre thickness without much effort. This pre-set blade setting makes everything easier and quicker to do. The protective covers supplied allow the graters to be stored safely. Simply rinse the zester and slicer under running water and leave to dry. Also dishwasher safe. The glove is machine washable (max. 60°C).
