The microwave cover does a good job of keeping the food from splattering all over the microwave. I gave this four stars because I wish it were just a little bit taller to cover some of the larger bowls we have. It still gets the job done, though.

This item is a microwave cover, collapsible for storage, can be used as a colander , and there is another piece that can be used as a grip to help open jars. It's a good idea, but doesn't quite work as intended. It comes in the collapsed state and it's very difficult to get the sides to stand up properly so it can be used for a microwave cover. I've had it now for several weeks, I have used it as a cover, It is lopsided, and sometimes because the sides can't be straightened out, the top will touch the food. ... show more
