I usually like to buy pillows in person but grabbed these in a pinch because of the price. When I got them I was confused because they were ginormous and heavy! I thought….”Who are these for? Andre the gaint?” They might be great as bolster support pillows for sitting up in bed but you certainly couldn’t put your head on them so sleep as is. Honestly, I couldn’t even get a king pillow case on them they were so thick. I bought them as body/leg support pillows but couldn’t even wrap my leg across they were so thick! THEN I read the reviews. They’re customizable! Just take out as much filling as you need to make it the thickness you desire. The filling is nice and pliable. Once customized to my desired thickness they were great! Photos are AFTER I took out at hat bag full of filling. I took over half the filling out to get them where I needed them. I’m going to use use the trash bag fill of filling to restuff some older throw follows gone flat. For the price they’re great. I can’t vouch for “cooling” effect as I don’t have problems with that. I'm a side sleeper who likes to cradle their head in a supportive pillow. This adjustable shredded memory foam pillow is exactly what I was looking for. It is soft but doesn't flatten. Not heavy like a solid memory foam. The cooling foam actually works!

These pillows are large and feel good. They are however very firm. Even after breaking it in, there really is not much give. Not able to really get your head into the pillow. Buy overall it's nice.
