Because of health problems, (a disability) I sometimes have problems sleeping. Getting a new twin bed complete with a new mattress helped, but I was still using my very old, out-of-shape pillows. I tried a neck support pillow while at a resort hotel recently and liked it. So when I got home, I went straight to Amazon to find one. This is the Best Pillow. I probably won't buy any other pillow but this now. I get some pretty bad neck pain, regardless of what position I sleep in, but sometimes it's worse on whichever side I sleep on or direction I have my head turned. I'd wake up with shooting pain up my neck to my head and wouldn't be able to do much in the morning until the Tylenol and ibuprofen kicked in. Since I've started using this pillow, my neck pain has been minimal to practically non-existent. It works for any sleeping position. I'm one of those people who constantly switches from back to side to stomach, and it's comfortable in any of them. The material is firm enough to provide more natural support for your head and neck curves, but still soft enough to be comfortable.
