I drive a school bus 7-8 hours a day. The seat is somewhat worn out and lacks lower back support. This helps to support my lower back. However, it seems to be rather thick and bulky. Hopefully, it will flatten out a little after awhile.

Was concerned that it might not work in living room soft chair; it definitely works there and is supportive of the lumbar area ( lower back) It keeps me sitting properly and not slouching when there for a long time reading or watching TV.
