Felt more energy after taking these vitamins. I take after breakfast to avoid any queasiness which can occur with supplements in general. Taste is not so great and it’s a little large, but not overly bothersome to me. I feel better taking these.

I need a new vitamin because the one I took for years started bothering my stomach & my research told me they had a lot is synthetic additives, so I ditched that brand & for these. My energy level have been lifted & I now walk three blocks to the train without feeling like I need to stop & catch my breath. They are a bit expensive, but I love them & will make the sacrifice to buy them as needed. There’s no bed taste nor repeat after taking them, so that’s a plus.
