Have you been pining over the very aesthetically pleasing Fellow Stagg Kettle like me but just haven’t been able to justify the cost? Well, this kettle works perfectly well at a fraction of the cost! A simple setup - you can set your temperature, and press start. After you’re done boiling, the kettle will turn off on its own after several minutes unattended. I’ve had some friends feel it takes a while for it to boil, but I think it’s a reasonable amount of time as long as you don’t overfill it. I admit I haven’t played with the timer feature but I know that’s a capability as well. The gooseneck helps dispense at a speed that’s perfect for my pour overs and matcha. And while it has some design differences compared to the pricier counterpart, it’s still pretty sleek and compact, and looks nice on my countertop. I wish it had a bit more capacity because it doesn't fill a standard French press coffee maker, so I fill it a bit above the maximum fill point and set it to the highest temperature for coffee that isn't at boiling point (so it doesn't boil over), which is between 85°C and 90°C. ... show more
