    • Room for improvement
Unfortunately this came dented and damaged in several places. I was able to bend the metal parts back into place so they were usable and luckily most of the damaged places were in spots that they won’t be seen. The top piece however had a couple dented places that cannot be hidden. They aren’t horrible enough to stand out like a sore thumb, but still pretty discouraging for a new product you just got. Obviously Amazon has a great return policy, but who wants to go through the hassle of packing something back up and returning a larger, heavier box? Putting it together was also not the easiest task since nothing was labeled and the instructions had no words. That all being said, I do still like the piece overall and it will serve my need for temporary storage, which is why I still gave this 4 stars. It could be much better if they would package this better so it doesn’t arrive damaged. I did buy a similar item from another brand as well and it have to say their packaging was on point. Same size box, but had enough padding to help it from getting damaged and the top wood piece in its own box surrounded by styrofoam foam; so I know their method can easily be adjusted so people don’t end up with damaged goods. We all know FedEx and UPS do not treat anything delicately. ... show more

My floor is uneven so ignore the styrofoam. Luckily it comes with a way to screw into the wall that way I will be able to move the styrofoam. It’s a little smaller than I thought but still works for what I needed it for. The color looks more like a gold/brown color in certain lighting. Overall it was worth it! ... show more

My product came cracked and I did not relaize it until I was almost done setting it up. At this point it was not possible to do a return as I will have to haul a fully built set into my small car which wont fit. The pickup option amazon gave requires that I already have the item packaged before it can be picked up. I sure as heck am not about to spend another 2-3 hours disassembling. Waste of $98 do not bother with this item. I really wish there was an easier way to return it :( ... show more
