I put these together by myself. ( 50 yr 5'6" female.) Very easily. I was a little skeptical about the sturdiness. However these have sturdy wheels and more reinforcement on the shelves. The whole thing is made of heavy duty materials and as long as I need shelves I have found the model I'm going to try and buy. I am using these for my hubby's extensive tool collection ( he's in construction so they are heavy duty models), screws, nails etc. They are easy to move into place and balance well even when full. The shelf was easy to assemble. The instructions say that it takes two people, but I was able to do it by myself and I am 71 years old. I did use the stepladder to get the top shelves on. You can make one 6 foot shelf or two 3 foot shelves, but there are only enough wheels for one shelf, if you go with two shelves at least one of them will not roll.
