I’m so happy this product exists! I have a slight over production problem and medela’s largest bottles have a 10 oz capacity if you fill them to the brim. Avent wide mouth bottles can go to 13 oz at the brim. This adapter helps me to avoid switching out bottles mid pump. I do wish it were a bit shorter so the bottles could just rest on my lap instead of splaying out to the sides as the weight of the milk in the bottle can be a little uncomfortable but it’s not the end of the world. ... show more

This works perfectly with our Medela Freestyle Flex pump! If you use Nanobebe silicon bottles, you can use these as well but you’ll need to modify them, or at least until the manufacturer makes a new “shorter” bottom section. I sanded the bottom lip down until it JUST TOUCHES the threads and now it fits perfectly! Alternatively you could double up the washer and only sand a bit, but these work sooo good now with our bottles! Just wish they made another version that fits or silicon nanobebe bottles to our Medela Freestyle Flex pump but a little elbow grease of effort and a course sander did wonders! ... show more
