I was not too bad to assemble. It is not too bulky meaning that it does not take too much space. It comes with the handles to be able to do many exercises. I have used a few times and I have nto had the trouble mentioned by others (maybe I don’t use it enough). It is a great at home bench especially if you are just starting your fitness journey.
