I was so excited to buy this! The images it takes are really high quality and in most circumstances would be very usable. The problem we encountered were the large blurry spots directly above and below the camera. For our use that wasn’t acceptable. Their customer support confirmed there was no fix for this and they are aware of the issue. Returned it without issue which is always appreciated.

We spend allot of money to purchase the matterport and did Not received the backpack, have been trying to setle this issue with no avail, purchade an aftermarket backpack and the matterport does not fit, how can we get the backpack?

The quality of the images of the product are very good and very easy to use. The cost is high but it worth for my business. The hardware quality can be better, considering the price. The power connector is like the very bad electronic quality, false contact being difficult to charge the battery. Is like a Lexus with difficulties to close the door...

I cannot believe the way this camera was delivered to me. It was given to me with a dead battery and no instructions what so ever. No instruction about operation, set up, NOTHING! No instructions, no warranty info, NOTHING! It’s as if I purchased it on a street corner! I am sorry but this is really sad!
