package was packed very well. Putting it together was fairly straightforward. There were a lot of extra spare screws. Something you do not come across often. There are 2 spare blades. After a week of printing a few items everything is good. Device worked flawlessly right out of the box. Took about 47 min to setup bed leveling and first time use. After that everything using the Bambu software has been simple. I have not tested my other software programs to see if it will talk to it. Will be testing my personal g code builds soon.     • It’s supposed to be an incredible product.
After only 6 prints the printer jammed catastrophically to the point that print head assembly broke in half. Help from the seller has been almost now existent with just recommendations after they reviewed the issue to contact technical support so they can TALK me through the problem. How? My first Bambu printer and once I figured out the settings it works amazing. Super easy to set up. Was like nothing. I do wish there was more customer service that you can talk to a live person and not just a wait for a response email, bot reply, or go to the Facebook page. Excellent printer for beginners. Definitely better than the mini, but if you intend to make a lot of prints, the X1 is the way to go.

Came across the BambuLab A1 Combo. Gave it a quick look and ordered one. While waiting for it to be delivered I got into their Wiki page and did a lot of reading. Ran into a few things that caused me to change my mind, the main thing being restricy=tions on what filament can be used. I first noticed only newer TPU can be used, I think 77A and a few others. My 95A is verboten. True, I could continue to use it on my Entina X40 V3, but I'm buying a newer, faster printer. Then I read somewhere further down there were some specific filament requirements for using the AMS attachment, more disheartening disappointment. After that I started looking around again, still bady wanting a multicolor printer. I found the Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo with their ACE box. I reviewed it, didn't see any of the restrictions I saw with the A1. Returning the A1 Combo. Waiting for the Kobra 3. Also saved some $$. ... show more
