I have ordered 3 of these cameras but the last one came with a completely useless case that doesn't hold ALL of the accessories like the original one did. The photos of the kit do NOT match what you will get. Do not order as Amazon will not do anything to help except tell you to return it and re-order. Picture is of the case they now supply. Both the pictures on Amazon and the Matterport website do not picture this case as the one being provided. Need to go back to what was being delivered previously. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have been using the Pro 2 for three years now. I scan big buildings (10K to 60K SqFt). I bought the Pro 3 one month ago and It is really a great improvement. Much faster and more accurate. The fact that you can scan the exteriors is awesome. The design is pretty nice. I don't like that it has a little lid to cover the lens because when you take it off, it does not stick to the camera so it is easy to lose. Also, the cover should have space to put the battery so you can store the camera without the battery on (as recommended by Matterport). But those are just some minor design suggestions. I will keep trying it and update if I found any downsides, but so far a love it. ... show more

Absolutely love this camera! I was using other 360 cameras to complete Matterport Tours and I had some clients ask about quality issues (resolution and layout of the 3D model). Since getting the Matterport Pro2 Camera, I've been amazed at how great the scans look. Huge upgrade and well worth the money. Not to mention, less errors. The 360 cameras used to throw up a ton of alignment errors while scanning causing for an unnecessary amount of time wasted. Now, I only get an error maybe 1 out of every 100 scans or so. I can't say enough about this camera!! If you're on the fence, get it. ... show more
