Taste: slightly off-putting, but bearable. I appreciate that it's sugar-free and I'm willing to look past the taste (it's only two tablespoons a day.) Value: a little pricey, but I know this brand is high quality and I'm happy with the results. I could likely justify continued use of this product even at the slightly high price point. Pros: the amount of energy this vitamin gives me is off the charts. I don't drink coffee and I'm very busy with a career and children so I'm often tired. A couple weeks into taking this I feel great. The liquid vitamins are easy to pour.The taste is a little bit too sweet but mixed with water improves the taste.I definitely felt better after taking the vitamins after a week. My hair did feel soft and growth showed. The bottle last quite a whole for the price.
