I was a little skeptical about this when I saw it, read some reviews, both good and bad. Here's what we found out: 1. It is possible to find it cheaper if you use Kohl's discounts and the mail-in Kohl's cash, which is the only reason for "Value for the money" being a 4/5. 2. This thing is fantastic. It's super easy to use and take about 2-3 minutes to make a simple daiquiri or margarita. Without trying to sound like an alcoholic, we use it every day. 3. It's the right size for a single serving, and you can make it fresh every time (without having to worry about ice melting while you're drinking your first drink). With about 7 oz of alcohol and mixer, plus the ice compartment being full, you get roughly a 12 oz frozen drink. That gives about the right slushy consistency. 4. The battery lasts about 50 drinks or so until it needs charged again. Charging takes about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. 5. Finally, it's super easy to clean and rinse out between uses. Honestly, this thing is great, and I would have never guessed that I could find it cheaper at Kohl's, but a buddy of mine who is a bargain hunter worked his magic and said he could get it for around $125 with coupons and such. What I like is it works great! It will be great to take to a friends and make drinks. It took a minute to put the top on to the base, you have to do it separately and then attach to machine. I bought a lot of flavors off of amazon. Great buy but a little pricey!

I find this on the go blender incredibly convenient and easy to use. It's perfect for carrying to various activities. While it only makes one drink at a time, I appreciate that a single charge lasts a long time. Overall, it's a fantastic purchase!

The pictograph isn’t detailed enough to know what fits where. After several spills and a sore thumbs, finally figured out that you need to press the button 3 times in quick succession. Not intuitive to me but once figured out it does what it says

Love this! Although I did have to send the first one back as the top motor base would not come off! Amazon gladly took care of that and the new one arrived this morning. Shaved ice is always better for drinks than crushed ice ( yes blendjet is cheaper but ice is not the same ) and that it’s what Margaritaville does so well! I have four machines, 1 gifted, 1 thrifted, and purchased the rest. Larger ones are harder to clean but not difficult. I think my thrifted one was only used like once and never cleaned so that’s all I needed to do! This one you can just put in some water and a drop of dish soap and run it! Quality of the drink is the same but only makes two at a time and says 20 drinks in a full charge! So I will see how it holds up in time but for now loving the portability! Ice spun around but did not get shaved - useless. either I got a defective unit or it cannot handle round ice cubes. My ice maker produces round ice cubes maybe this thing requires square??

This item I really do like, it SHAVES the ice which does give your drink a slight slushy texture. The only complaint I have is that there is only 8 ounces of drink you are able to make at a time. It is a Personal drink maker unless your willing to half it with your partner. I may have to buy another during Prime days so I can have my full 8oz margarita. ... show more
