This is a great piece of equipment for anybody just getting started with their exercise program. If you’re heavy or you’ve had knee problems would be A good choice. Getting on and off it’s easy because they’re center of the bike rest on the ground so there’s nothing to step over. So far it’s working great and considering the price it’s better quality than I thought it would be.As others have said the seat is a little wobbly but with a little effort you can fix that. I only complaint is that the seat is not cushioned well so it’s a little hard on your bottom-this was remedied with one of those gel seat cushions, ... show more

Ride’s beautiful! Very sturdy bike. Only problem was (still not resolved) the unit with the time and distance on it had a bad wire. Thought it would be resolved when my husband called for a replacement which was free and shipped within a week. This also was a faulty wire. I was hesitant about buying an exercise bike I couldn’t try out in person, but I am very pleased with this one! It operates smoothly and is very solid and secure. No wobbles or creaking (except for me). The screen has just enough information for me: miles, time, speed, etc. It has a lot of features for a reasonable price. I like the option of using the handles up high or down low; the handles in front actually make a convenient perch where I can hold my tablet while cycling. I am very happy with this recumbent bike. I am using it to bend my knee after knee replacement. I have put a 1 1/2" block on the pedal and I have an assortment of pillows behind my back to make the seat close enough for me to have to bend the knee enough to be beneficial. I am 5'3" and have a 27" pants length. If I weren't trying to bend my knee more than I normally would it would be fine for exercising. I expect to use it normally after this knee thing is over. I do wish the seat could be moved a little closer. Friends put it together for me in about 2 hours. My seat doesn't wobble as some have reported. Some time has gone by now, I still like it, but now my seat wobbles. Not awful but a little annoying. ... show more

Received a previously opened box. Used? Will revisit review if all parts are there for assembly. Update: Parts had been opened and re-taped (tools and screws). Was missing two screws but was able to replace from stuff on hand. Several parts were unwrapped and loose in box (minor scuffing). Took about two hours for one person to assemble. This is my 2nd time purchasing this model. First one had no issues, second one broke less than a week after setting it up. Makes a clunking noise when right pedal is 45° past top dead center, getting progressively louder over time with continued use. It vibrates and reverberates through the entire bike frame, magnifying the noise. Removed the front casing, no parts are visibly loose or damaged. Manual offers no support. The phone number on the manual is disconnected and email support is of no help at all. Can't even return it because I no longer have the box. It's technically still useable, but the noise makes it annoying even for my neighbors, to say nothing of myself. ... show more
