It is crazy expensive and I think you have to take a ton to have any amazing healing. Definitely don't take on an empty stomach...learned that the hard way. Definitely recommend following that instruction.

UPDATE: I was finally able to get a refund with assistance from Amazon. I still can't recommend this item because it made me so sick. I bought this because I have metastatic breast cancer and was hopeful that it would help kill cancer stem cells as suggested. I took one per day as suggested for 4 days and got sicker each day. I was under the impression that there was a 60 day return guarantee and when I went to return it thru Amazon was told it's not "returnable". Expensive lesson learned. I'm sad I was not able to take it and was hopeful it would at the very least help with the inflammation. ... show more
