  • Good, as long as you don't abuse them
They are hex shank for an impact driver, but that does not mean they are "impact rated". All of the smaller sizes are two-piece, a drill bit brazed into a hex shank. If you abuse these, they will break at the connection between the two pieces. Do not listen to these other reviews saying they break. These people are ABUSING these bits, waggling them around at max speed in an impact, probably drilling deep full depth holes, hammering them with the impact like a twisted chisel. The impact hammer should never engage with these if you're using them right. If the impact is actually impacting, rather than just spinning like a drill, SLOW DOWN. These are for CONVENIENCE & LIGHTENING YOUR PACK, so you can carry only an impact instead of impact + drill, they are not for demolition, high-precision, or mashing the trigger like a gorilla with speed cranked to max on your impact. The larger single piece ones will probably withstand that kind of abuse, but the two piece ones will eventually break. Use lower speeds & take it easy on the two-piece bits and they hold up just fine in wood & drywall. DO NOT USE THEM ON METAL. Thin aluminum is probably fine, but steel will absolutely destroy these. They are not for this. Go buy a set of m35 or m42 molybdenum cobalt HSS bits for steel & keep them lubricated. I've been using these for >90% of my low precision wood/drywall drilling handyman work for several months. I estimate around 500 holes drilled with the set, almost entirely with the mid-size two piece ones at depths less than 2". NO FAILURES, work just as well as day one. This is a very solid set at a great price. Just use them how they're intended. Stay within their limits. ... show more

  • A must have for 1/4" impact driver.

  • Would buy again, best bits and great case.
Good and long drill bits, the functionality of the case is better than many other brands like dewalt and milwaukee. I would definitely buy agian.

  • Good Drill Bits
Reasonably good bits at a good price. But as others have stated, smaller bits are susceptible to breakage (brittleness). Found that 1/16" bit can clog when drilling aluminum which enhances breakage. (1/16 was wobbly too). In years past, I have bought such brittle bits from others. It's a tradeoff between hardness and flexibility. ... show more

  • Very nice and strong
As I've gotten older, I like to carry less stuff with most of the time my impact driver is the only power tool I have on me. Sure I could go back to the van and get the big hammer drill that I've hidden away so thieves can't easily find it etc. but I only go to get the real drill if I'm doing some serious drilling. Most of the time, I just need to drill a new knockout or a hole for a screw or something that the impact driver can easily handle so these bits come in very handy in a pinch. They have drilled through iron sheet metal with ease. ... show more

  • Nice
Very nice set of drills. Have used several sizes several times. Drills are securely held in holder.

  • As far as drill bit sets go this is my go to
Obviously bits break a lot but these hold up and it’s is my go to … I’ve bought it a few times which is actually pretty solid. The bits hold up great!
