I bought this because I'm a teacher and I'm going to be going back to work soon after my first child. I didn't want to lug around my plug in pump back and forth from home to work and back again. I also didn't want to be tied to the machine during a planning period when I could be getting things done... And HEAVEN FORBID a student walk in while I'm pumping and my chest exposed! So, I bought this. I've used it five or six times so far and I'm super pleased with these little machines. The suction is PLENTY for me, and I don't even put it on the highest setting! I will say, some of the comments were saying there are a lot of parts... I mean, there are more parts on my standard pump? These ones are just a bit more delicate, and thankfully, the company sends you extra! The only issue I have had so far is that sometimes the milk escapes and dribbles down the outside of the part that goes against the breast. Now, that could easily be my fault, as I probably should wear a tighter bra to keep it in place. Anyway, super impressed with this, especially for the price! ... show more

I really wanted to love this pump. It has great suction and I love that it offers an additional flange insert that fit my electric pump. Positives • good suction •multiple modes for efficient pumping •cordless and hands free •12 levels for suction •good battery life Cons •several parts to clean • the flanges don’t seal very well- I lost the whole pump session of milk from right side because the flange came loose while removing from bra. SO DISAPPOINTED AND UPSETTING! • as most others state, you cannot see if you’re aligned to the center until it’s on and you can’t feel anything. • pumping not synchronized- given they are for single use as well but if you get the M6, you can synchronize them I believe •measurements are not very legible to measure milk output • if you’re not careful, if you bend down or lay down you’re going to lose that milk, maybe even compromise the motor by getting it wet. BE CAREFUL Over all, I would say you get what you pay for. I have seen a lot of great reviews for the pump and overall, it is mostly effective. I just felt very disappointed in the seal of the flanges around the collector. I loved it the first time I used it. I washed and sanitized properly, so I know I didn’t cause issue with the flange seal. ... show more

So these are just okay for me. They are very convenient as most people want to get things done while pumping. But sometimes they pinch or hurt when they come on, other times it’s not as bad. I’ve just never felt it with the manual pumps or the other pumps you hold while they pump. I’ve had these for about 2-3 months and the motor is bad on one already. The pump comes on, but doesn’t suction like normal. Sometimes it works, other times it don’t. Then I’m stuck pumping double time, when there are made to make things more convenient. I was looking for a portable hands free pump and this one met my needs. It’s not too heavy, easy to walk around with it inside the bra. Suction is pretty good and gets enough milk out for the baby. I combine it with breastfeeding and it’s perfect. Recommend it.
