UPDATE: Yume reached out after this review and accommodated me for the inconvenience. They have amazing customer service when it came to the original review I had placed. I fully stand by their product and customer support!! I’ve been riding e-bikes since I started traveling to work in the city. Let me tell you, the difference in pricing between bikes and scooters are very much hiked. The amount of money this costed is such a bargain! And this goes crazy fast for the price. I reached a highest speed of 45mph on a flat surface! The only thing negative I have to say is that there were no instructions to put this together/make adjustments so I had to literally google everything or just simply wing it, especially on the seat that came with it. Otherwise, I would’ve given it 5 stars and that I still would recommend this to anyone in the market for a scooter or someone using electronic transportation to get to/from certain destinations! ... show more

This scooter is the perfect combination of adrenaline and convenience. Makes for a great commute to school and is much cheaper that other brands with the sane specs. Pros: Acceleration is fantastic (switch your P7 to n-soft for the full kick) Breaking is very strong and easy to adjust. Very loud horn Bight lights Great suspension Cons: Alot of the nuts and bolts come loose so make sure to give everything a good thread locking before you ride. The lights also come angle at the sky when they arrive so make sure you adjust before using Charging kinda takes a while Conclusion: This is a really good scooter for the price. It comes factory with a lot of things that you would usually have to buy aftermarket which i think is great, and the customer service is very pleasant to work with. Update: I have had the scooter for 5 months now and have put just over 1500 miles on it already. I had an issue where my back tire kept going flat. I contacted the customer support and they were a great help with solving the issue. They responded in a timely manner and gave great solution options. Over all 5 stars ... show more

I've seen countless YouTube videos talking about this scooter but they just don't get the point across. This scooter is an updated model from the 2021 YT Videos. The advertised top speed is 40MPH max but I weight about 155lb and could get it to 50mph going on flat ground. Performance uphills is no problem as long as you have the second motor engaged you can go 30mph uphills easily. With single motor it's about 7mph uphills so big difference. Handling is great at speeds. Definitely would PUMP UP TIRES BEFORE RIDING. check the tire pressure before riding because they feel full but I promise the psi is not full. I put about 40psi or a little more. The tires are rated for 50psi max. Range hasn't been a problem at all. Suspension feels great. My only CON for this scooter is the light strips on the sides. They flash Red Green and Blue. A cop stopped me and said that the red and blue flashing lights could be a problem and some other cops might not be so cool about it. I contacted YUME support with there response times because relatively quick at about 1 day or less. Their solution was to open the scooter and unplug the LEDs. I wish the LEDs where either one solid color or have the option to pick your colors but to be safe I just unplugged them. The headlights are bright but Everytime you turn them on and off the go from HIGH TO LOW TO FLASHING. I wish there was a switch so I could just select the ones I want and forget. This scooter comes with dual chargers. The 2021 YT Videos show that they need to use the included EU adaptors to work but the chargers on this UPDATED MODEL are normal American Plugs. Charging time, who knows I just plug them in overnight and it works for me. The INCLUDED SEAT came dented in arrival but contacted YUME SUPPORT and they would provide a free replacement seat or a $9 refund, I haven't received either yet because this issue is still a work in progress. Everything is great about this scooter for the $1200 I paid for it. DUAL MOTORS, SEAT, POWERFUL is all I needed. You can look for other scooters at the $1200 or less price but I haven't found one with all of these features. ... show more

Let’s start with horrible customer service. They respond with brief answers but leave most of the conversation left on read and don’t reply back. First they tell me that I’m out of warranty. I reply how if I have had it less then a year. Then I’m told that it’s not covered by the warranty. So which is it? “I exceeded the warranty period or it’s not covered by the warranty” STAY AWAY FROM YUME. I started having issues with this scooter 2-3 months in but didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning since this thing weighs 100lbs. Looks elsewhere. YUME is garbage ... show more
