This stuff is reported to do good things to your blood. There are many articles on Nattokinase. It does have blood thinning capabilities, it is good in combination with other suppliments to help get plaque out of blood vessels. It is reported to eat blood clots. I seem to have better circulation with Nattokinase. It is not a quick fix. You need to give it about 30 days and keep taking it after. I don't mind that part.
