My family loves this patio couch! I am so happy with the money spent for the quality received. It’s comfortable and beautiful. My favorite is how sturdy yet lightweight and easy to move around the furniture is. If you don’t want to be crammed together on a couch you can separate into armless chair seating. There are so many different layouts to design your patio how you want to use it. I put together this couch myself and it was very easy. I searched for a long time before deciding on this set and I am so happy with my choice. Happy with purchase but they shorted us a corner foot for one of the pieces. Wasn't the easiest to put together. Luckily we are a home that has a million types of tools. Would of been quite hard with the tools provided.

I LOVE this set! Much easier to assemble if you have an electric tool, but not too hard without. First piece takes a bit longer, but then you’re in the grove and everything is easier. Appears shorter than I imagined, but sits just fine. Didn’t notice until I had tons of people over and they pointed it out, but one of the pillows has a typo. 😆 Overall a great set for the price. 😃 ... show more

Pros: well designed, attract brown/black vinyl and matte black paint combo, sturdy, easy directions and parts well organized Cons: insufficient padding and VERY flimsy cardboard packaging, quality control WARNING: Be prepared for an item with some damage due to extremely poor packaging given the weight of the combined parts. Mine was coming apart on one side. Minor scuffs, but the big problem were two bent connecting brackets (possibly done in factory). Paint and weld cracked upon slow straightening. Will hold my small self fine given force direction of seat, but may break with very overweight relatives. The table was problematic given only two of the attachment brackets were in the same spot on the legs. One was 1/4 inch off from those, another 3/4”. I was able to make it work after buying a black plumbing coupler, sawing off a spacer, getting three legs flat, tilting one a hair and screwing in the spacer on the leg 3/4” off. Nobody will ever notice most likely, but the whole thing is a bit off. (As was one of the ottomans and chairs. Had to sit on them while I figured out where to tighten and loosen.) Now that I am done tweaking and I have fabric for thin cushions (not necessary, but I like the added color, padding over metal front edge), I am glad I bought them. If normal sized people were to be using these a lot, and I hadn’t found the black plumbing part at Home Depot for 52 cents, I would not recommend taking a chance on this set. I don’t care so much about the cheap little table, but a product of this price with NO padding around those protruding brackets, stuck in cardboard an out of shape 110 lb woman can rip anywhere with her hands...not acceptable. I hope the company does better in the future. ... show more

    • Nice sturdy patio set but had issues
Needed a patio set that was sturdy and big enough to seat my husband who is 6'4" and a large person. Liked the looks of the woven material with the aluminum frames and that the ottomans nested underneath the chairs. Ottomans can be used as extra chairs if needed. Table is a round glass top, sturdy and compliments the chairs well. But there were quality issues with the set. One of the chair backs had a bad connection point, bent and no way you could fix for these chairs are very sturdy. Also one of the chair arms was rough and you could cut your arm because of this. So I contacted the company via email and they were very responsive. I asked if I could get the 2 parts replaced and within a few days I received another complete set. So now I have 2 sets but one of the chairs and one of the new ottomans are defective. So I ended up with 3 chairs, 3 ottomans and 2 tables that are good. I really like this set but disappointed in the quality issues. Color is a dark brown and material is a plastic weave. ... show more

    • REALLY GOOD AND RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
For a few days I scoured looking to see what the best choice might be for a starting sectional. I narrowed it to this set. Of course, after all my work, after ordering...the company emailed me that it was out of stock. They did offer me an option. I chose a different set and they shipped it out that day! Product came in 3 boxes. One box was damaged. I emailed with pictures and the company ...without hesitation...issued a replacement. The replacement came in 2 days! The set is nice! It is low...and the cushions are light..so, they can fly with a good burst of air. But, for the price...you can't beat it! It's perfect for what we need for a bunch of teens hanging around a firepit The units are easy to move. **You get throw pillows with the set as a bonus. Don't be surprised if they don't match. Easily remedied with covers from Etsy! Above all- the customer service was polite, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend! ... show more
