Pros: It has the right balance of softness and support. The cover is both smooth and fuzzy. It's bendy--the center frame can't be felt through the foam. Cons: It's bulky in a bag. The bendy frame tends to bend in one spot over others.

The pillow was amazing. I know it is used for the neck but I used it for my back. I usually get terrible back pain but I didn't experience any discomfort on my long flight. It was great and I will travel with it forever. 10/10

This is the best neck pillow I have found so far & I have bought a lot. I have a short neck so most neck pillows are too wide to fit between my shoulders & head. I do at times feel the hard pliable inner core but that has not caused me any problems. Would buy again!

I take the train every day to/from work. I loved it for the first few days. It’s been a few weeks now and I’m sore. The pillow is stiff so I’m hoping it’ll get better with time. As someone who frequently must sleep upright, I've searched for a pillow to suit me for a long time. This one really fits the bill! The only room for improvement would be to include a non-fuzzy cover as well for the hot weather. Definitely worth the money to get this one, though.
