I was a little nervous about using this, but the instructions were quite clear. The package contains everything you need, including two hand shavers. You need to shave the area before you use the laser (this is what the dermatologist did when I went to her office). I appreciated that sunglasses were included for eye protection. I was skeptic about it being painless, but I didn’t feel anything at all even on the highest level of IPL. Once plugged, the screen to turn on/off and adjust levels of IPL is touch screen. Really cool.
