    • This works - at least for my body
As a heads up, I have pretty pale skin and dark brown body hair, so to be fair I am the ideal target for this machine. All I can say is if you fall in that skin tone + hair color category - this works, get it, it’s so worth it! I did my armpits first, two weeks in I was barely having any hair growth already. It’s now been 3-4 months, I do it once every few weeks up to a month, and I grow around 5-10 hairs total per armpit! Working on my Brazilian now, 1 week in doing it every 2-3 days and the results are already very noticeable! I’m planning on continuing every 2-3 days for another week or a bit longer and then just doing it when needed. Again, it works. And also - I have felt no pain. Sometimes a tiny zap feeling but it is so slight (to be fair I only waxed or epilated before, so my pain tolerance is pretty high, but still, I highly recommend it)!! ... show more

    • Quicker than I expected!
I think it’s time I write a review for this product, and right off the bat I can say this is money well spent. I will include some things I would have liked to know before I got the product, but over all I highly recommend! The product instructions recommend doing the treatment every other day or every three days. Just because of my schedule, that wasn’t something I was able to do, but at this point I have done 10 sessions over 7 weeks and already about 80% of my leg hair is gone! You can see a few small areas where the hair is still coming in, and I am doing targeted treatments now. Even the areas that are still growing back are growing much slower. It’s amazing how well it works. Also, other areas on my body are already completely done like my armpits, and my happy trail. It only took a few sessions for these areas to stop growing all together. I will say that it leaves a bit of a 5 o clock shadow, like you can see the dormant follicle just under the skin still. Maybe it isn’t as completely nude looking as waxing, but a win is a win. I will never have to remove these hairs again. It is a process that you have to commit a lot of time to, so if you’re a busy person or don't have a lot of patience, don’t expect you’ll be able to do it every other day. However, even if you take your time over a few months it will definitely work. I also will say the areas where you have more of a tan will take longer, because it’s harder for the laser to differentiate the skin and hair follicle. If you have any visible stubble at all, don’t waste time treating it because the laser won’t be able to target the follicle. It’ll aim towards the surface where it detects your new growth. These are also the times you might feel a sting or zap because the laser is aiming at your skin. Other than that, there is no pain at all.     • Worked amazing! Until it didn’t.
I was so excited about this product. Got the unit and started using it immediately, and got noticeable results pretty quickly! It was quick, painless and the results were showing. Unfortunately only 16 days after receiving it, it stopped working. Couldn’t get it to work at all, the sensor was showing it was ready, but seemed like the bulbs died. Ordered a replacement in hopes of the first one just being a fluke, but again after 14 days same problem. Super sad cause the results were great, my legs were soft on day 2, razor burn gone, strawberry legs gone. I hope the results I did get remain, but who knows. Seems just like this product needed some extra time in testing or something. Pretty expensive item for 2 weeks of use. ... show more

    • Fairly easy to use, sturdy, and contained most of what I needed in the box
Read all the instructions carefully. This may tingle on tattoos. And it will not work on hair that is coming out of moles. Also, it will not work on gray hairs, like chin hairs on older women. It seems to work well for underarms and legs. Shave first and make sure there's no lotion or leftover soap, etc. on your skin prior to using it. I didn't experience any pain using it. I did feel the rush of cold air, which was great! After I used it the first time, I sort of felt like I had a mild sunburn on my legs, but I didn't feel it on any of the repeat uses. ... show more

I splurged on myself and bought this for Black Friday. It came with overnight shipping and the package was undamaged. I’ve done laser hair removal in clinic in the past and this is a breeze. Once I figured out how to operate the device, it was a simple procedure with 0 and I mean 0 pain. The tip is slightly cold to the touch but you can feel the “body” of the device heat up the longer you use it so I was thankful for the cool tip. I’m excited to see how my hair responds to multiple treatments but wanted to put up a review quickly while holiday sales are still on to encourage anyone who is on the fence about purchasing it.     • It WORKS!!!
Okay, I never ever write reviews for products but this thing is incredible. I’ve been dealing with facial hair growth for a really long time and I’ve tried so many different professional laser treatments at medical spas without any luck. They’re expensive, painful, and I barely saw a difference. I bought the Ulike a month ago and started using it immediately. For the first month they recommend you use it every other day. When I tell you I saw results after using it twice, I couldn’t believe it. I am now a month into using it and I have barely any growth at all. I’ve now switched to using it once a week, if needed. My facial hair was a huge insecurity of mine. I mean, using facial razors every single morning due to the growth I was seeing. The fact that I haven’t had to buy facial razors all month is incredible. I HIGHLY recommend you give this a try if you are struggling with facial hair. Of course the effectiveness depends on your skin and hair color so do your research. I have fair/medium skin and dark hair so it was a perfect product for me.
