KUDOS!!! Ginger, our elderly female cat, has to have all her teeth pulled in 5 days (poor teeth = an inherited trait from her mother). Since her 1/2 brother sometimes harasses her, we bought this pop-up unit to protect her from brotherly attacks, especially when recuperating from the teeth removal. As the video shows, this unit is VERY large & spacious. This is the first time that Ginger was inside of it. She definitely took VERY well to being within it! KUDOS!!! That said ... when she jumped on top of it - it collapsed. So making sure that her brother does NOT jump on top of it while she is recuperating is important. But that could be a simple fix using, for example, a cardboard box. (Yes, she is a female Ginger cat...most are male.) KUDOS!!! ... show more

    • Perfect for my large dog
This was perfect for my large dog. She is an English shepherd. She is kennel trained. We use this for camping to give her a spot to sleep was extremely easy to set up and fall down. It takes up no room in our pop-up camper when folded. it fit perfectly on the pop-up bench at the table, which is where she slept. This would not be recommended for dog that is not kennel trained as they may to or scratch through. But for the perfectly trained dog and kennel, this was fantastic. We bought this collapsible kennel for a road trip. Our puppy is 20lbs, med/Large breed and did very well with it. It took up about 3/4 of the backseat of our sedan. She did manage to tear the mesh door. I understand the material is not tantrum proof, I would have liked to see a little stronger material for the door but I understand. One other thing I would like to have is a small treat and pet/scratch door. Many times our dog just needed some love to manage her restlessness on the trip. This is able to fit in the backseat of my truck, and has enough room for a litter box and my cat. If I needed a litter box that is. My cat seems to be the most comfortable in this. It allows him to feel the floor, see around, and give him a little bit more anxiety relief. This is the only "carrier" / "crate" that my baby hasn't tried to gnaw his way out of. Perfect for a tiny kitten. Fostering a received 3 week old through 6 or 8 weeks. Would be too small for anything older than that. Works great to allow my older cat of 6 yrs to watch and not harm the baby kitten Enough room to put in small litter box for young ones. I got this for my two small dogs to sleep in when we are camping or traveling. They love it. I do not leave them alone in it during the day. We just use it at night for sleeping and when traveling. I keep it open during the day as a little safe place they can go rest. I love how it folds up like a sunshade. I have a Havapoo and a Chaweenie and they both sleep in it with room to spare. It's been on 3 camping trips and two trips so far.... Won't leave without it... ... show more

This was ok but not great. It ripped easily from my dogs claws. It’s pretty flimsy and like thin tent material. I got it as an easy substitute for her regular crate that I could move around the house while I’m working at home and just have a quick place to put her when I can’t supervise her. She’s just a puppy still and not completely house trained yet. She isn’t always happy to be crated, and this easily flips over when she protests, or rolls around or lays up against the side of it. She ends up rolling around the house in it. It came with stakes to hold it down but I can’t exactly use them in the house. So I don’t end up using it often. It was easy to set up and it’s a good size. But I don’t find myself using it much because it’s so flimsy. I feel like she’s going to hurt herself rolling around in it. It looked like a good idea, but in reality it doesn’t work very well. I need something a bit more substantial. ... show more

I needed to get a big cage for A Ferrell kitty that I rescued because I already have a 3 year old cat and I need to introduce them slowly together. I read the reviews and there was a lot about pets breaking through so I was a bit worried but my kitten is feisty and she has sharp claws but the mesh has held up cause she really goes at it sometimes when she plays. I’m really glad it’s intact. It opens up easy no problem but putting it back you will have to watch the video on Amazon when you look at the product. I had to put a tray table on top because before the kitten got home my other cat tried to jump on top and it clapped because it’s made to fold up it was funny she ran but the tray helps for putting her things together. All in all I is good for one kitten or small pet fits cat box two food bowls and a soft house she can sleep in. Easy to clean and I didn’t have any problems with the zipper just use it slowly. I open it and close it several times a day to clean up and feed her . Good product ... show more
