The media could not be loaded. Great quality, perfect size for my small dog. I’ve had many dog crates, and this is by far the nicest I’ve owned. Box was packed very well. Only problem I had was the bag of bolts was busted open which worried me, but everything was there. Very nice looking, and heavy for the size, which tells me it will last for years. This crate is so cute and was accurate to size. The perfect huge palace for our little mini dachshund. Very easy to put together and very sturdy. The lock is a little stiff and hard to open at times, but otherwise no complaints.

Crate came fast and was easy to set up. It is very pretty and a good size however may need a bigger one once GSP is bigger and thought this was a one and done crate from sizing chart. Pull out bottom for potty pads or spills is nice to have. Double gates are great. Main negative is metal is very loud and flimsy and latches could use some work. Larger dogs would probably break latches or bite through metal pretty quickly. Love that the back is one piece so you don't have to worry your dog can reach anything while flat against the wall. Top is also one piece so great for using as a "table" or pet storage such as treats, potty pads, poop bags, toys, ect. I did add felt pads to the "feet" so when moving on the hardwoods no scratches would happen but even without the felt crate is easy to slide. (Have not used on carpet though) Overall happy with the crate for a puppy. ... show more

I have a very small yorkie and I got a medium cage(apartment) for him. I added a bed and couch in it. He loves it! I love it. It's very sturdy. Easy to put together. Not cheap looking either. Worth the cost!

Arrived last night, bought 2, put together but one piece had a crack and was bent. Couldn’t find a phone number to customer service and did not want to package back up to send back. Hopefully it will not be a problem. Easy to put together, looks real nice and the dogs like it!
