We were excited to find these flat lights to use in our workout room. We replaced some standard light sockets that had incandescent light bulbs. We could have easily swapped out the light bulbs only with LED models that wouldn't generate the amount of heat the incandescent lights did, but we chose to go ahead with new fixtures. The amount of light they put out is perfect for the room - we spaced them out about 3'-4' apart from one another and it created a very balanced level of light. The panels also don't have any "hot spots" which I've seen in some other similar fixtures (basically noticeable spots in the light fixture where the LEDs are located). I installed this 4-pack of flush mount ceiling lights in the kitchen and hallway. They were very easy to install and it's also easy to twist off if you want to change the color temperature (which I only do once anyway). They're very bright (more than what I expected), so they light up the room very well (almost too well). It would be nice if they were dimmable though since they are so bright. But with the brightness and the fact that there are four for a reasonable price, these are a great buy. ... show more

These are good LED fixtures, basic with nothing fancy. They are easy enough to install, though the minimal, slim design doesn't leave much to hold on to during install other than the wires, fortunately the fixtures are very light, so holding them by the wires alone isn't too much of a problem. Only complaint is that these are slightly smaller than 12 inches, and all my previous light fixtures were slightly larger than the nominal 12 inches, so the size difference is much larger than I would have expected, leaving half an inch of exposed ceiling, including marks made by the previous fixtures. ... show more

This is rather industrial utilitarian. The plastic housing and mount are unexpected but seem to work fine. Twist locks in place. Extremely flush mount so area to mount needs to be flat. Texture could interfere. Three colors selectable with a switch. Light must be dismounted to access switch. Brightness is rated at 2800 lumens and it seems a little optimistic compared to my shop lights. Pretty wide angle of beam. Documentation is limited to installation instructions. The electrical part of the installation was pretty easy. But mounting it on the base was a little bit harder trying to screw this on the plate. Wished that the switch to change the light mode was on the outer part of the fixture so i don’t have to remove it to switch the light color.

However, I do wish that the button for changing the color was located outside for easier access.
