They have kept their shape since purchase. They came vacuum sealed and with instructions on how to set up for use. I saw some reviews mentioning an odor, but I didn’t smell anything. So far so good - gave them a few hours to puff up before trying them for the night. Both of us felt they were a bit too high, so we removed a bunch of the stuffing and now they’re perfect. They have the right amount of firm and the right amount of squish - I’m a side sleeper, and I hate when other pillows like down or polyfil kind of end up enveloping my face when I’m lying on my side. This keeps my head nestled but face clear. Only giving it 4 stars for now because I’ve had better pillows… and I want to wait and see what a few weeks’ sleep on this pillow does. ... show more

This pillow feels great, it has support but my head can still sink into it, without sinking all the way down to the mattress. Im a side sleeper and this helps keep my head level and not drooping down. I can also feel the cooling effect through my pillowcase, I sleep warmer so this is nice.

Definitely will by again. I have neck issues and could not find a pillow to support my head and neck. I kept waking up with headaches. Not anymore. The pillow is soft enough for comfort but will support your neck . The pillow is a little heavy and comes in a medium box flatten.

One pillow was much flatter than the other one. I followed the instructions for fluffing, but one pillow just doesn't have the same level of shredded foam. I have left seller feedback and will update this review after I receive contact from them. The other pillow is firm and full and I do like it.

These pillows are my new favorite thing about going to bed. The support is excellent with the memory foam and thickness. The pillow molds to your head and neck, without going flat. The best part is the "cool" side with cooling gel, as I get hot through the night, but this has helped regulate my temps. The most amazing part, is the neck pain relief. I've suffered for years, waking up with neck pain. This alleviated that, in only the first week of use!
