This fits perfectly in the Cricut Maker 3 front drawer. There's no problem with the door staying closed, everything stays in place beautifully.

I received the blades mod version as a gift. It does seem like the long side of the tray is slightly too tall - once you've loaded extra fine-point blades, it doesn't close quite as firmly as it used to (but doesn't fall open). There's plenty of room for every blade type they make, including doubles
or triples of the same ones. I really love not having everything rattling around in there, and I especially love not having to have a separate organizer taking up desk space. One thing I did notice in other reviews - if it seems like the tray doesn't close once you've added your quick swap/rotary/knife attachments, turn them around so the plastic shield is facing down and it should close fine. The slots are cut to hold the plastic shield!
