I've been using the Tib Bar for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my workout routine. It has been great for working my lower legs and helping with my knee injuries. Pros: Heavy-Duty Build: The construction is solid and feels incredibly durable. It's built to last, even with heavy use. Adjustability: The adjustable feature is excellent, allowing you to set the length to where it fits you or anyone else. Versatility: It works well with Olympic plates, which I already had at home, so I didn't need to buy any additional weights. You can also use this for other exercises such as hamstring curls and leg extentions. Targeted Muscle Training: This device is perfect for focusing on the tibialis anterior and other lower leg muscles. I've noticed significant improvements in my shin and ankle strength, which has helped me with running and avoiding shin splints.     • I would have given it 5 stars if not for the promise of next day and then lengthy delay in delivery.
I like that it is adjustable to fit different size feet but I would like to see it adjust to wider foot position. If you are larger and your legs don’t come together easily it is a bit tougher to use.

This is not a cheaply made item. Very sturdy build quality. Adjustability is excellent for my uses. Quite comfortable even with heavier plates. The included clamp holds very well. Overall this is a great addition to my routine.

    • Not a Good Fit if your Feet are about 9.5"or lowerr.
This equipment works and has good intentions with the adjustable design. However, my feet barely fits because the shortest setting is barely sufficient for my size feet. With shoes it is a little better, but still people with shorter feet length will suffer with instability or not Abe to use at all.
