This holds super strong and charges well. The design is nice and compact but still adjusts every way I need it to. The adhesive sticks great and doesn't come off or move in the hot sun. This is a really well designed product. After about 5 months I had one of the hinges crack and it lost its holding power. I sent a picture of it to their customer service and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. I had a replacement within a week of sending the email. I used to have a magnet phone holder for my car - which required me to put a magnet in my phone case and attach it to the holder. If I wanted to charge, I would have to plug in the charger which is difficult when driving. Now, with this, it is easy to charge and hold my device, and it’s using the magnet already built into my phone! It’s very easy to set up and even though my dashboard is slightly curved, it still fits. I thought it wasn’t going to because it kept looking as if it wasn’t going to stay but eventually it did! This MagSafe charger does exactly what it says it is supposed to do, hold your phone and charge it. It has worked properly each and every time I stick my phone up to it and I've never had my phone fall off. After seeing peoples horror stories in the reviews about parts breaking I almost didn't purchase, but as you can see from my second photo I've had absolutely no issues there and no regrets in purchasing. I'm in the process of buying a new car and I love it so much that I'm actually ordering the newer version that has the fan built in to help keep my phone cooler when charging. ... show more

    • Won't stick to my dash

I upgraded my iPhone and wanted to get a new charger for my car as well. I had been using a magsafe type charger that clipped to my air vents in my car but, because of the design of my vents, the charger would wobble and bounce around. I wanted something a bit compact that I could mount to my dash and I saw this charger by Lisen and opted to give it a go. The magnet is super strong and it holds my phone great. The charging function also seems to be just fine, no issues there. The only problem that I have is...it won't adhere to my dash. I don't want to mount it on top of my dash because I don't need my phone getting blasted by the heat we get here in Texas, especially heat when amplified through glass. I found a nice flat area where mounting shouldn't have been an issue and cleaned it thoroughly with the supplied alcohol wipe and dried it as well. Once dried out, I adhered the protective pad as instructed. I let it adhere for a few hours (more time than what the instructions state) and then adhered the actual mount and let it cure until the following morning (16 hours or so). Well, to my surprise, everything had come loose from my dash and was just hanging by the charging cable. I guess at this point, I'll be returning this and going back to my old one and deal with the bouncing and wobbling. Highly disappointed, I was really hoping this one would work as I love the look and styling of it as well as the size. **UPDATE** The vendor reached out to me to attempt to solve the issue. The only way to resolve was to purchase additional adhesive pads to try and stick them to my dash again. I politely declined because I could buy ones that I knew would work (3M dash cam clear adhesive mounts) and would receive much quicker so they offered me 25% back on the purchase price. Great communication by the vendor. Once I received the new adhesive pad mounts which adhered great, this is an awesome mount. You can rotate so you can view the phone and it has an extremely strong magnet. Still get some bouncing but that has more to do with the vehicle and not because it is trying to hang on to a vent mount. If you can get this to adhere to your dash, it is a great little phone holder! ... show more

It worked well and looked fine, but it lasted less than a year. The swivel joint on the mount broke. Just removed the mount using 3m adhesive remover and a palette knife. ---Update---Lisen saw above review and refunded my money, no questions asked.

After 3 months, my charger magnetism was acting weird so I reached out to the Lisen customer service and within 2 emails they were sending me a new one asap.     • Slow charging

I do DoorDash and use this to charge and hold my phone while I drive for about 6-8hrs a day. The MagSafe charging is pretty slow is really only able to keep my phone at the percentage it’s at, if I have a long wait time for an order I can expect my percentage to go down and won’t be able to go up unless I plug the usb-c directly into my iPhone 15pro. Also the adhesive seemed to work well in my car with a rough surface dashboard for about a month of constant use with DoorDash requiring me to get in and out frequently. After the first month it came completely off but a few dabs of super glue got me back up and running. The magnet is pretty strong especially if you use a MagSafe case in addition to the iPhone 15. The swivel of the arm could be a bit stronger as it tends to sway during sharp turns due to the weight of the phone being attached. Good product overall. ... show more
