Really an awesome and amazingly comfortable pillow. Best pillow I’ve ever slept on. No feathers, just down with a high fill power, so it fluffs and supports. I recently visited a Hilton property (love their pillows) and I missed my own! I always look forward to their fluffy down pillows and bedding. I’ll bring my own with me next time I travel with the travel bag that comes with the pillow. I also got a 100% cotton pillow cover that zips tight to protect the pillow, keep it clean, and prevent any down from escaping. Top it off with a high thread count cotton pillow case and you have a perfect set up. Fluff it each morning, and when you wash your bedding, fluff the pillow ( in the zipped up pillow cover) in the dryer on no heat for 20 min to really air it out and poof it up! Customer Service is great, friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you may have. They really go all out to take care of you. 5 star pillow and service! ... show more

Not sure why people say that this company has good customer support. I wasn’t satisfied with the fill-level (625) (medium) of my two pillows. So I wrote Lincove an email… which is what they allow you to do for returns (nobody picks up the phone). Then I waited three days, and then wrote another email. It’s been a week and I’ve yet to hear back. Lincove likes you to go through them for customer support but at this point I’ll take it up with Amazon. The pillows themselves are nice, soft and squishy… so much so that they easily flatten under the weight of ones head (so I was looking to change out for the higher fill-level). -seller experience update- -below is a copy of what I sent to Lincove- I just don’t understand this level of customer care. On April 14th I wrote to you outlining my concerns. After not hearing back — I followed up with a second email on April 17th. Then a full six days later, I hear from Mia, on April 23rd. But she misunderstands and thinks that I only bought one pillow. The same day, I write back to her to clarify that I have two pillows. It is now April 30th… a full week later and I still haven’t heard back. So far I’ve spent two weeks on this. Too long, in my view. -seller experience update number 2- -I guess Customer Service read the above review- Jane (at Lincove customer service) took over my case. Jane was amazingly professional, courteous, attentive and couldn’t have been more apologetic… not to mention, helpful.     • Super picky pillow person...happy!

Purchased this because the down alternative pillows kept clumping up on me. I would pull out the filling, restretch, and yet the softness became clumpy over a short time. I have allergy headaches and prefer super soft cloud-like pillows. I start on side but since I reached over 50, I toss and turn and wake on my side, stomach or back depending on how well I slept or how much my mind is racing! I purchased a standard size, soft. I really like it. The outer material is cotton which is SO much better than polyester which gets hot during the night. I would suggest getting the medium or firm for most people as the soft is definitely for stomach sleepers only. We have a firm standard as well and it gives superior support. Since I struggle with allergies I was concerned the goose down would bother me. It does not. I do not get stuffy during the night. Ages ago I had down and feather pillow that cost a fortune from a catalog company and it gave me great sleep for years. Lincove is extremely competitive in pricing for such a fantastic pillow. Many advertise as hotel quality but these truly deliver a luxe sleeping experience. Stomach order soft, all over like me I suggest medium density, or if you like a very full pillow and support - firm. The firm still gives a sink-into experience but may be better for a larger person (I'm very petite 5'). Hope this helps. ... show more

I just have to say, I have been searching for a replacement pillow literally for years. After several “failed” back and neck fusion surgeries I’ve been searching for the perfect pillow for comfort. I’m a chronic pain sufferer and there are some days/nights that it hurts to just lay my head down when it’s time to go to sleep. Needless to say, but I seldom sleep well. The pillow is perfect for my needs and I absolutely love that it is 100%/down so there are no feathers that typically poke through like other feather pillows I’ve tried.
