The tip is great at getting ONE drop only out of the bottle to go into the five ports and bobbin area of my sewing machine. I've had zero instances of oil overspill onto my fabric while sewing. It works well as machine oil, with no problems.

Overall very satisfied with this product. I used it to oil the motor bearings in an upright vacuum cleaner. Only suggestion I have when using the pull out narrow spout to place oil in hard to reach places is to have a paper towel or cloth to wipe any dripping oil, and to wipe off extending spout. Spout cap stays attached, which is wonderful, as it's small and otherwise could be hard to find if dropped. ... show more
