I’ve bought numerous hammocks like this in the last fee months. (I bought one for myself and everybody teased me… until they got in it. So I’ve given several as gifts.) This is a typical light-weight hammock. My only complaint are the low-quality tree straps. There’s only one loop at each end. Numerous loops are necessary to prevent tree damage from wrapping strap numerous times. It also makes adjusting hammock height much much easier. If you buy this hammock, or another brand, do yourself a favor and also purchase the Cutequeen Hammock Tree Straps for $9.99. They’re 19.6’ long and have 34 loops which makes adjusting hammock height and/or hanging between further distances easier. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. NOT NOT NOT 98 inches wide!!! It’s just like what they say in life if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true. The description clearly says this is a 98 inch wide hammock but it isn’t. I have purchased several hammocks over the past few weeks, and gotten slightly obsessed with them. After looking at what feels like every single hammock Amazon sells, there are lots of variables but when it comes to size, there’s generally just 2 sizes. The length doesn’t vary all that much but when it comes to the width, your choices are either 55 inchs (or something around that) or 78 inches. This hammock is supposed to be 98 inches wide but it’s absolutely not, not even close .So if you’re gonna order this hammock, expecting it to be 98 inches, don’t waste your time. Bought this for a weekend camping trip and bought a different brand, similarly priced hammock as well. This hammock was SO much better! The quality was great, instructions were clear, the hammock straps were clutch. The other hammock came with ropes and no instructions, requiring me to look up YouTube instructions on how to properly tie up a hammock. The kids climbed, laid, and swung on the hammock all weekend and the straps didn’t budge. Clean up was easy with the stuff sack. I am ordering another one soon! ... show more
