Bed is comfortable. We are sleeping better. I love being able to adjust my own side. Easy to set up. Remote is nice. I wish the illumination button was isolated as it’s easy to hit the wrong buttons until you find it. I enjoy the light under the bed. The m1 and m2 settings seem to be preset and I haven’t figured out how to make my own settings. The tv setting is extreme and uncomfortable but the rest are great. The massage option is just vibration. I wouldn’t consider this a massage but some may like it. So far one of the usb-c ports don’t work which is annoying but not enough to send the bed back. There are two power packs and you’ll need two outlets for it. Overall we knew within 2 nights that this was a good purchase. ... show more

We bought this because as we age we find that our bodies need more when we sleep. This is a split King. I have my side, my husband has his side. We each have our own remotes to adjust our beds to each of our needs. We bought the bed with the 14” mattress. I’m short so it’s a little to tall but so very comfortable, thickness is good, performs as specified, needs two people to put together but otherwise easy to assemble, it is sturdy. I got the king bed with the 10 inch firm mattress. Some things to point out are it is insanely heavy if you live on the upper levels of an apartment or have to get it up stairs know you’ll need help to get it up unless you get the setup and install. I recommend one get that unless you know you can get help for cheaper. Secondly give the mattress some time to take its shape and firmness at first it might seem too soft wait for 2-3 days before it gets to its full size and firmness. Third is get a headboard without it you will miss the feel of a proper bed (jut a preference you can get 40 dollar brackets from the manufacturer and attach to any headboard of choice gives it a complete look you can also get a king bed frame for the same price depends on how much space you have. I wish we would’ve gotten the split king just more freedom to change your settings without disturbing others, I noticed in some settings the mattress doesn’t stay in place such as the zero G you need more weight I am 200 pounds and that is not enough on the king size bed, the massage settings are great but it is vibrations don’t expect a massage chair type experience but still great. I had written a review previously and wanted to write a new one. My negative review was based on confusion with the delivery process and tracking. Not with the product. We were able to put the bed up easily. we have been sleeping on it for several days now and it is very comfortable and everything works as it should. I am happy that we purchased the bed. My only suggestion is to have a little more clarity with the delivery process. The customer service was great and the issue was taken care of. ... show more

Size: Split King Style: 14" Medium Soft + Head-Tilt Base
We bought this bed to help alleviate my husband's health issues, but it also happens to be the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on! We initially put off the purchase over concerns about the size & weight of it (handling it & getting it into the house) and whether or not we could afford it. We found out that the pallet consists of 4 separate boxes, which made it manageable to handle for 2 people, and Amazon offered an interest free payment plan which made it doable. We now wish we hadn't put it off! There's a variety of positions to choose from & the ability to fine tune them, using the remote (which lights up as you push the buttons) --also wonderful for reading & TV viewing. There are vibration settings, a flashlight button & an under-bed nightlight for finding your way around the room without waking your partner. The remote is essential, so we ordered 2 sets. I bought bags (made for a walker) to keep them handy, along with the TV remote, bottle of water, etc., & attached each to a 10" safety grab bar, which slides under the mattress (to the side or above the head) without interfering with the mechanics of the bed. The safety bar is easy to assemble, DHA! (Dubious Husband Approved).
